Shipping Options:

• Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx. Estimated delivery: 10-15 business days after shipment
• Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50 via EMS. Estimated delivery: 15-25 business days after shipment

Delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by factors beyond our control, including customs processing. We are not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs authorities.

Risk of loss or damage to products passes to you upon our delivery to the shipping carrier.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Our returns and exchanges policy is designed to be straightforward and fair.

Eligibility

To be eligible for return or exchange:

• You must request a return within 15 days of receiving your items
• Items must be in original, unused condition
• Items must be in original packaging with all tags attached
• You must provide proof of purchase (order number)

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

• Balaclavas
• Base layers
• Any opened or used items from the Camping & Survival category

All sales on these items are final once opened or used.

Return Process

To initiate a return:

2. Include your order number and reason for return
3. Wait for our response with RMA number and instructions
4. Ship items to provided address using trackable service

Refunds

After we receive your return:

• Please allow 3-5 business days for processing
• Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable
• Depending on your financial institution, it may take 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement

For exchanges, we will cover the standard shipping cost to send the replacement item.
