We offer two convenient shipping options to meet your needs:

- Cost: $12.95
- Estimated Delivery: 10-15 business days after shipment.
- Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50, shipped via EMS.
- Cost: Free
- Estimated Delivery: 15-25 business days after shipment.
Please note: These are estimated transit times and may be affected by factors outside of our control, such as customs processing.
Returns & Exchanges Policy
Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a simple returns and exchange process within 15 days of you receiving your items.
Eligibility for Return or Exchange
To qualify for a return or exchange, your item must meet the following conditions:
- Be in its original, unused condition.
- Be in the original packaging with all tags attached.
- Be accompanied by your original proof of purchase (order number).
Important Note on Non-Returnable Items
For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on the following items if they have been opened or used. All sales on these items are final:
- Balaclavas
- Base Layers
- Any opened or used items from the Camping & Survival category
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Follow these simple steps to start your return or exchange:

- Wait for Approval & Instructions: We will respond within 2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions on where to send your item. Please do not send anything back without an RMA number.
- Ship the Item: Carefully package the item(s) and ship them to the address we provide. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as you are responsible for the item until it reaches our warehouse.
- Processing: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange within 5 business days.

Timing: After we receive your return, please allow 3-5 business days for us to process it. Once processed, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to be posted to your original payment method, depending on your bank or credit card company’s processing times.
Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable. For exchanges, we will cover the standard shipping cost to send the new item to you.
