Our Return Policy

We gladly accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of you receiving your items. To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be:

  • In its original, unused condition
  • In the original packaging with all tags attached
  • Accompanied by your original proof of purchase (order number)
Please Note: Due to health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on certain items. These include, but are not limited to: Balaclavas, Base Layers, and any items from the Camping & Survival category that have been opened or used. All sales on these specific items are final.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Follow these simple steps to start your return or exchange:

  1. Contact Us: Email our customer service team at [email protected] within the 15-day window. Use the template below to ensure you provide all the necessary information.
  2. Wait for Approval & Instructions: We will respond within 2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions on where to send your item. Please do not send anything back without an RMA number.
  3. Ship the Item: Carefully package the item(s) and ship them to the address we provide. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as you are responsible for the item until it reaches our warehouse.
  4. Processing: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange within 5 business days.

Refunds

Timing: After we receive your return, please allow 3-5 business days for us to process it. Once processed, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to be posted to your original payment method, depending on your bank or credit card company’s processing times.

Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. For exchanges, we will cover the standard shipping cost to send the new item to you.
